Real Estate Law
Mark counsels private and public property owners in sales and acquisitions, construction and permanent financing, developing commercial property, leasing, construction, negotiating forbearance agreements and workouts.
Land Use Law
Mark represents private and public sector clients in the permitting and developing of industrial, commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. Mark regularly seeks approval for development projects on behalf of clients before local governments, and the State of Oregon’s Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA).

Professional Activities
Mark is a member of the Real Estate and Land Use section of the Oregon State Bar Association. He serves on the Board of Directors for Salem Area Chamber of Commerce (Past President and current member of the Executive Committee) and serves on the Board of Directors for the Strategic Economic Development Corporation (SEDCOR).
Off the Job
Mark loves snow and water skiing, camping, hunting, grilling, and visiting the Napa Valley. Mark is married to Sheila, and they have two sons, Jon and Chris. When not playing in the outdoors, they are enjoying a nice BBQ meal with family and friends.
